Touching dry ice can cause cold burns which are painful. For protection, we seal our dry ice so that you can in fact touch the packaging, and easily dispose of it. Yes. The dishes stay fresh for 4–5 days in the refrigerator (about 3-7 °C) we highly recommend repacking the dish into a Tupperware for this purpose.
